Contracts and Financial Reporting

When handling other people’s money, we strive to be thorough, transparent and trustworthy.

We start with a thorough estimate on your home. We determine your desired features and finishes and work these into the estimate. Once the final costs are determined we then see if we need to trim the estimate or if there is room to add some extravagant items. Once the estimate for the home is approved by you, it is used to establish the budget and then we sign contracts.
The construction project is now ready to begin.
During the course of construction we send weekly reports showing:
Invoice of work performed on your home during the previous week. Statement of amount left on account. Actual cost versus budget to date.
Detailed cost versus budget End of project concludes with a project summary. Finally the presentation of the Homeowner's Warranty Manual.
